Does the job perfectly!
I bought these to light up the brick on each side of my bar. The way the angle is, there is no direct light to hit your eyes when near like it does with a flat round top product. They are barely noticeable and provide great lighting when I want it. It makes my dining room look much bigger and more inviting. I am looking for other places to uplight as it really warms areas up and provides a relaxing atmosphere.Let me say “again” how important the way the angle is on the top so the highest point of the light can be placed towards you which really stops any bright light from hitting your eyes. It’s much better than one that is just round on the top.It does not come with a remote control or a timer function. I do not think one is needed but the rate features ask about both.

Great Accent Light.
These are great accent lights and look awesome. They are the perfect brightness (the pictures capture how bright they are perfectly).I use them as a fill light to illuminate the corner and they are the perfect size for that.They seem to be well made and are simple to use with the floor foot switch.

Great light, didn’t work for me.
Lights are well made and work as described. Very easy to use. Problem was it was not dimmable and because it was so bright, it just cast allot of ceiling shadows and was blinding to walk past. Would probably work much better to use on a shelf or someplace higher, not the floor.

nice light behind monitor
I like this light. I put it behind my monitor so I can work at night and have a not-completely-dark room without a lot of glare from direct light. I keep the switch on my desktop and use that to turn it on and off.

These up lights are very nice
I bought these for up lighting on an indoor palm plant. This is a high quality light – best I have ever purchased. The plant looks really nice at night. The only reason I am returning it is because my plant started turning brown. It may be my plant needed a grow light instead of led light. It may be that I just don’t have a green thumb. Either way – I would highly suggest this up light set. One last thing – from the picture on Amazon I thought the inside of the light was gold but it is black just like the outside.

They do what they are supposed to do.
The look great and really add a ton of character to my room. Up lighting just takes a room to 10. And these look and work great. Donât expect them to illuminate your space without other lighting. They are more of a design element. But for that purpose, they are a 10.

The area where I placed them is carpeted. They simply don’t have enough weight to be stable when the foot switch is used, and it’s easy for them to fall over. Since they are hidden from view, I placed them over pieces of tile I had and used 2-sided tape to attach the feet to the tile.If I couldn’t have used the tile as a base, I would have returned them.
