I wanted a lighter for my tall candles that safe and easy to use. I’ve had this for over 10 months and I’ve yet to charge it. I use it about every week and is so helpful. I love the safety feature. The “electric arc” only turns on when you press the safety button and only stays on for 10 seconds to ensure that no accidents happen. Definitely a buy again.

Lights the incense and that’s all you need to know!
We were going through so many bic lighters, this just seemed like the obvious solutions. AND IT WAS! USB-C charging every once and a while and just enough spark to light the incense. Sometimes you stumble across something so obvious and think, “it can’t be that easy”.In this case, yes. Yes it is that easy. We’ve had it about 6 months now with no issues at all. I suspect it’ll be problem-free for the duration of its life.PRO TIP: Let the battery fully discharge before recharging. That’ll ensure full cycles of charge/dis-charge and keep the battery life at maximum capacity as long as possible.

When this arrived I took a look at it and immediately tested it out on all of our candles. If you are using it to light candles, you will be satisfied with your purchase, Eventually, mine got too gunked up with wax to create a functional arc (“spark”), and even after attempting to scrape away the excess wax that had built up at the business end of this device, the spark wouldn’t work any longer and it was no longer useful. I think mine worked about 9 months or so before it died.

High Pitched Noise is Awful
Works really well but the high pitched noise when it’s turned on is absolutely awful. I usually read reviews for anything I shop for but I guess I forgot to this time. I really wish I had! I would have gone with a different lighter. That said, it functions as expected and lights candles quickly and easily.
