INSTANT NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER
“Literally… the most beautiful cookbook I have ever seen. It is stunning.” —Drew Barrymore
Join actress, activist, and New York Times bestselling author Pamela Anderson on a deeply personal culinary journey that harmonizes style, compassion, and the pleasures of plant-based cooking—”a gift to all families” (Booklist)
In a career spanning fame and activism, Pamela Anderson has ventured from a humble upbringing to the forefront of Hollywood—and has always been a passionate cook and gardener. Now, she invites you into her kitchen to share 80 delicious recipes that nourish the soul.
This cookbook began as a box of recipe cards: a housewarming gift for her sons inspired by homegrown traditions and world travel. It grew to become her gift to you, showing how romantic, comforting, and indulgent it can be to cook only with vegetables.
At Pamela’s down-to-earth fairy kingdom on Vancouver Island, you’ll join her on the dock for chicory dandelion coffee and whipped cranberry porridge, for picnics in the forest with a green goddess mason jar salad and tomato galette, and at the dinner table for her anti-inflammatory lentil soup, minty pea-potato pierogis, and more.
She also shares her love affair with bread, from maple-glazed cinnamon rolls to rustic sourdough loaves and fougasse dipped in herby pistou, alongside insights into life, love, entertaining guests, and preserving nature’s bounty.

This book! So beautiful!
I made Pam’s Moroccan Anti-Inflammatory Lentil Soup when I saw it on a website, which she shared in preparation of this cookbook being released. Winner! I’ve made it multiple times and it’s going down in history as one of my favorites. It makes a large batch that EVERY PERSON adores. There’s something comforting and filling and nourishing about it.So I buy this cookbook, intrigued, and it unexpectedly sweeps me away in its sweetness and indulgent simplicity. I have marked several things to cook, but even more unexpectedly I’m enjoying reading it and the tangible wonder it leaves with me. Who knew this sexpot of a woman was so wholesome, grounded and loving? It’s a treasure and I’ve already bought two more for holiday gifts. You will love this.

I absolutely love Pam! A book I will always treasure!
I love this book so much I have a book holder with it in my kitchen! The book is so warm hearted and just instantly brings you cozy feelings and family recipes. I am so inspired to cook with more herbs now and not be afraid to over flavor! She makes an absolute art out of it!I am so inspired by her garden and I love the stories about her son’s in the book. The pictures are so beautiful. I am not vegan but you can easily use whatever you normally cook with. I truly can’t wait to make the cinnamon rolls! I loved her Garden of Eden show as well! This would make a fantastic gift too for someone just starting out in their kitchen. She has pictures of all the tools you need to start a kitchen and pots and pans. This was a wonderful gem she made!

Beautiful, inspiring, and yummy
Loving this cookbook! So far Iâve made the earl grey chia overnight oats -yummy!! And the Superfood muesli-my Swedish heart is so happy. Next up Iâm going to make the cinnamon rolls with maple glaze for Saturday morning. The cookbook is also visually lovely and inspiring. Itâs also a unique type of cookbook. For example the book is broken down into sections such as picnic in the garden, afternoon tea, light summer suppers, comfort for cozy days, sweets, etc.. ð

Beautiful!
This book is AMAZING. I just received it today and had the best afternoon reading through it. I want to make every single recipe. The photos are gorgeous, it’s well-written and everything looks delicious. I also love that there are a few recipes for beauty products. What a great bonus! I highly recommend it!Also, there is a one star review that says a lot of recipes don’t have pictures… They all have pictures, some are just on the page before or after.

My favorite cookbook
I have a vast collection of cookbooks. I preordered this one and had high hopes for it and itâs surpassed all my expectations. Ms. Anderson is a true artist, a fantastic writer, and this cookbook exudes heart. Reading this work of art feels like someone is sharing their secret, sacred, treasured family recipes with you. Itâs an intimate glimpse into the writerâs heart and mind. Ms. Anderson is a poet and an artist. Her cookbook is a beautiful gift to the world and a book I will share and recommend. Itâs my favorite cookbook ever. Buy it if you love simple, beautiful, easy, everyday, unpretentious recipes and love whole food plant based eating. It makes me want to garden. Love.

Beautiful book but WHYYYYY is the text so TINY?
I love this book and it is beautiful. The recipes seem accessible and look delicious. I love the pictures and stories throughout. My ONE complaint is the teeny, tiny text on almost all of the non-recipe pages. The text on the recipes is still a bit small but at least in black font I can make them out. But the greyscale font, in a tiny size, on a beautiful picture background? It might as well be sanscrit. I’d have to hold the book in the next county over to make it out. Editors, I hope you reconsider some of the layout choices if you need to do more prints of this book.

Such a beautiful cookbook!
Let me start by saying that I am not vegan, nor vegetarian, but it matters not. This is a cookbook that I see myself turning to often. Such inspirational, nourishing and “doable” recipes! This was also visually lovely, almost dreamlike in her drawings and the photographs. I’m really impressed by this cookbook – it’s genuine. I’ll be gifting one to my daughter!

I cannot out this down..the photographs are breathtaking and Pamela Anderson;s words are mesmerizing. I had not been a fan of hers and I disliked her TV series about renovations BUT this cookbook is a WINNER. I will be ordering a couple more for gifts . Cannot imagine anyone not liking it. I will be baking her cinnamon buns tomorrow!!

This was such a beautiful book. The Introduction, Recipes, Pictures. Everything was so good. I haven’t tried the recipes as yet.

My sister and I bought this book so we can try a new style of cooking. Thank you for sharing this cook book.

I was looking forward to this book. I really like Pamela Anderson and all she has done to help animals. I thought the book would have a lot of vegetarian recipes that had substance. I’m not seeing that here. There are recipes for pets, beauty oils, drinks but really not much for meals. The few recipes that could be used for meals I doubt I would ever try . Many recipes are long so you need a lot of time to make them. And ingredients can be weird (rose petals, really?). So I will likely return it as there is not one recipe I would make. The book itself is beautiful but not functional for me at all.
