Bought this game early to get early access and the deluxe add ons and once I downloaded the game it says I don’t have access until release day. What a joke. I want my 30 dollars back!

I preordered from amazon and have so far not been able to access the items that were due to me from pre-order. EA so far has refused to help. The extra star is for amazon customer service attempting to help me get what I am due.
