Will the shields stay on my sofa?
Yes! The combination of self-adhesive sheets and twist pins will hold the shields in place.
Do I have to use the twist pins?
It is optional, but we recommend it the use of twist pins because they are very effective in keeping the shields flat around the corners and preventing them from peeling off.
Some customers prefer to secure only the top corners.

Great purchase – determined cat could NOT get these off.
Even though our cats have lots of scratching places, for some reason they REALLY like the fabric on our new couch. One thing I noticed about some of the reviews here is that a lot of people, for whatever reason, didn’t use the included pins to install these onto the furniture. I’m not sure if people are not aware that there are pins, or if they decided to not use them, or if for some reason some of these don’t come with the pins, but ours came with pins, and we used them.

Wish I knew about these years ago!
These things are great! We just stick them on a few spots where the cats tend to scratch and pull. They keep trying but they get nowhere! Saved my new furniture for sure!! Easy to cut to size. Stick well enough to stay on but don’t leave sticky residue.

Great value for thick protectors and several.
Recommended. Got a new couch added their cat blanket & scratching post so they don’t feel the need to sentify it. Still one of our girls tried scratching it, so these protectors are a must. We had even in the 12 pack to protect all four corners the sides and front. Even had an extra sheet left over we cut and used on another couch and our fabric bed corner. Will buy again.
