Twenty four years of recipes!
I am a bit of a foodie and cookbook junkie. Whenever I watch America’s test kitchen I see a dish for which I that I want the recipe. And I really like the product tests and reviews, as well as learning new techniques. Going to the website is often a frustrating experience, so getting this book seemed like a great idea. Is is comprehensive? Oh yeah, every recipe and product review for the entirety of the show. The book is huge, making it a bit daunting and unwieldy, but in the few weeks I’ve had it, I’ve used it frequently. I like that it’s a great introduction to foods from around the globe for which I might not have ready access to those recipes. The price is comparable to other cookbooks I’ve purchased and for the number of pages it’s a bargain. Considering buying another as a gift.

So many wonderful recipes
No regrets with this purchase. So many wonderful recipes – where do I start? The recipes provide detailed instructions, which when followed, will prove a success for which you can take all the credit. Of course, feel free to customize to your family’s taste. Only one word of caution. The book is made well, with sturdy pages, resulting in a heavy book. You won’t hold it in one hand while cooking with the other. No worries for me. I lay it on a nearby counter and follow as I cook. Prevents accidental spills and results in delicious meals.

Best cookbook
If you know you know. These are all the Cooks Country recipes. Once we got ours, we sent them as gifts to other people. Cooks country is like a mini college cooking education. The book is huge and the recipes are very purposefully laid out and easy to follow. My husband has even begun cooking. Ladies, you canât go wrong with this book.

THE Cookbook to have!
This is my 3rd “The complete America’s Test Kitchen TV show Cookbook”. I have the 2010 and the 2014 version. This “tome” covers all 23 years of recipes and information. Hard cover, clear text, pictures, measurements, cooking times and much more. I am very happy with the purchase!

Great recipes but costly
The recipes are amazing! Some of them are fancy, but many are down-home comfort foods. The only problem I have is that some of the recipes require kitchen equipment that I do not possess, and ingredients that are not readily available where I live, or too expensive. Also, you might need to buy a stand for it because this book is heavy! I didn’t take off a star for that because the product description does say that the book weighs eight pounds! The print is a little smaller than I would have liked, but if they had made it larger, then it would have weighed twelve pounds! Regretfully, I will return it.

Lots of recipes
Recipe book is huge and covers a lot of recipes. They all have initial comments explaining why the recipe is to be done a particular that assures a good result. Itâs extremely helpful. Best recipe book I have ever seen!

This Is It!!!! The One, The Only Cookbook You Will Ever Need!
OMGoodness what a surprise. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect this book to be this big, or this heavy. I was expecting a small book. Came via Fed Ex and once I opened the box I understood why. It is the only cookbook you will ever need. Pictures and comprehensive recipes for everything. All of them. WOW! What a cookbook. Move over Julia Child. Oh this is one amazing cookbook you will use for many years to come. You certainly don’t want to drop it on your foot. Set up an easel on a counter or table to follow the recipes. Absolutely fabulous content. Give this cookbook as gifts to everyone you know that cooks. Well designed recipes to make you shine in the kitchen. It is heavier than my heaviest cast iron anything. Worth every penny because the content is that good. Over 20 years of recipes from the show. If they add on to it, I would buy it. I have a bunch of cookbooks, but this one outshines the best of them. It is hard to explain. You have to see it to believe it. The show is good, but this book is better. I am so glad to have this. I also think if you slobber on the pages they will be fine wiped off lightly.

Over 1200 pages is a beast of a cookbook. The recipes are concise and amazing. It will take me many years to get through most of them. Physically, it is a monster, and I can imagine an old biddy trying to manhandle this. Definately need a book stand. It would have been great if it had indents for different sections, or even a fabric bookmark to hold your page in case it topples over. If this keeps getting any bigger, I am not sure how this is going to end. I also think the binding isn’t going to last long. Would have been better in a spiral manner, much better to fold over pages and have laying on your kitchen counter or in a holder. I just take pictures of the recipes on my phone and use that the day of cook. Much easier!Thanks ATK, definately worth every penny and appreciate your dedication and devotion to many years of testing and re testing and perfecting every recipe in here.

Sin duda éste es uno de los mejores libros de cocina que he comprado. Este tomo no se limita, como muchos otros, a proporcionar enormes fotografÃas, listas de ingredientes y breves instrucciones para la elaboración del platillo.
