Overall very good
This LED video light somewhat perplexes me. It has a lot of excellence attributes, and an overall solid performance. However, there are a few slight oversights in the design that leave me scratching my head. Even considering that, you can work around some of these oversights, so I still give it a solid four stars considering it’s price. The first nice aspect of this light is its size. It is one that has a small footprint, is easy to transport, and handle. If you want a light that you can take with you on location, have excellent brightness, and will be easy for somebody to hand hold, this is a great choice. The quality of light that it puts out is very clean, at least to my eye, but I should clarify that I did not conduct any tests with light output equipment, to verify how clean the light actually is. The truth is that all LED’s will tend towards the bluer side of the light spectrum, simply because of their very nature, and physics. That being said, it does produce a very nice quality light, that seems to give good color reproduction to the subject it shines on. There is an internal fan to help keep temperatures down, and I found the fan to be pretty quiet. As long as you don’t have the camera or your audio equipment right next to the light, I see no issue with that sound being picked up. The interface is easily visible, and though the knobs are a little cheap feeling, they do get the job done. The first oversight that I see, is a non tilting handle. If you choose to mount this light on a light stand, you have no choice as to the direction, and orientation of the light, because the handle simply does not tilt. That seems like an oversight that could have easily been remedied with a pivoting handle. You could of course work around that by mounting it on a tripod with a ball head mount, but most people would likely use light stands. The second oversight is the bowens mount. I do have other bowens mount modifiers, but they won’t fit on this light. This is a mini bowens mount, not the full size. Luckily, I have other diffusers that can be placed in front of the light, but none that can be attached. However, I will say that the diffuser that comes with this set, is actually pretty good. I do prefer a soft box though, because you can place a grid in front of it to control your light directionally. With this diffuser that mounts to the lights that comes with the kit, it spreads the light in every direction, and there’s not much you could do about that. So, in conclusion, for the price I feel you do get a very good product, with a couple of small quirks that you may have to work around. That being said, for 40 watts, it’s pretty strong, and a great option for content creators on a budget. If you are a professional photographer or videographer, I think I would suggest spending a little bit more to get a light with better output, and without the oversights that I mentioned.

Very bright!
This video light is great to have for portable video shooting. It’s got a built-in battery, and gets very bright. You’re able to adjust the temperature, and I also has a bunch of “scene modes” that offer different effects. The light comes with a nice set of accessories. The ones I use most are the handle (for obvious reasons) and the softbox dome to get a bit of a softer light. I can see myself using this light on many of my future film shoots. Highly recommend!

Let me know if you find an adapter
This light is handy and very good build quality. The controls are simple. They do not make the noises that you hear in the video (the one that is with the product pictures). The scenes are easy to choose but who really uses those. The range of 2500 to 8500 kelvin is generous but it does seem even warmer than 2500, almost like candlelight, whereas the 8500 end of it is not as blue and seems more like daylight, or 6500K.Here is the real issue I have with this light. It says it has a Bowens mount. But it does not. In the paragraph description it clarifies that this is the MINI bowens mount. So the nice $90 Bowens mount soft box that I got does not fit the mount. So I thought I would just find a mini Bowens mount to standard Bowens mount adapter. Well as far as I can tell, this does not exist. Not sure why. All the mount adapters seem to only be compatible with particular models and the mini Bowens does not seem to be standard across any brand. And since this light is made by Nagnahz and there is literally nothing else in the Nagnahz store, it is not likely that any other manufacturer will care to produce an adapter for it. The only thing I can think is that the reflector accessory that is included does not really lock in. So if you attached something even bigger, like a large softbox, there would be a good chance that the light module would twist out and either the softbox or the light would fall. So that relegates this light to more limited applications where a smaller light source is acceptable. I’m giving 3 stars because it would have been easy so design this with a standard locking Bowens mount. Or it could have included an M60 to Bowens adapter. If you find one or use one, let me know.

Fine light, but listing was originally misleading
Overall, this light is fine. The output isn’t insane, but it’s good enough for a light of this size at around ~$65. The controls are fine, the grip is comfortable enough for short sessions, but the battery length is a bit short for an LED light this small. None of that is what bothered me about this light, instead I’m more annoyed by the fact that I’m fairly certain this listing originally claimed the light had a Bowens mount, now it says that it’s only compatible with a mini Bowens mount. I specifically got this because I believed it was compatible with the Bowens mount, which all of my softboxes and snoots use for mounting. I had hoped that this would fill the gap between a modular LED panel and a studio light, though my hopes were vanquished after opening the box and discovering it wasn’t using a Bowens mount.Extremely disappointed. At least the listing’s description is now corrected, but I’m disappointed.

Very bright, but questionable construction.
This handheld COB LED light is pretty great; however, the construction is not the best. It feels very cheap, the box feels like plastic and does get pretty hot, but not hot enough to the point of not being able to hold it. It’s basically a studio level light, but it feels like it could break easily, even if you drop it once. The biggest gripe I have with this light is that the cone light diffuser does not attach at ALL. I may have got a defective one, but once I unattached it, it could not go back on. Nothing broke off, it simply won’t click in again. The handle it comes with is also plastic, but it’s very sturdy, so that’s a positive. The ability to recharge with a USB-C cable is pretty convenient. I just wish this product had a better build quality.
