Compact and easy to use.
My store-bought thermometer broke when I washed it, so decided to check if there are waterproof ones online. Stumbled upon this and it looked promising.The display is easy to read since it has a backlight, which helps for my aging eyes. Another plus for me is the probe folds into the main body so no need to worry about loosing a probe cover. It also has a built-in bottle opener, so perfect for bbq. It is a little big which might be a dealbreaker to some, but itâs pretty ergonomic for my average sized hands. Buttons are easy to press and large enough to see/feel.So far, it hasnât failed me yet and is a good value.

I have used this now for a month on nearly daily BBQing. It has worked without fail and gives ver fast and accurate temps. The back magnet has been surprisingly useful. It can be a little hard to read under certain lighting conditions but nothing a different angle can’t fix. I would definitely buy this again.

Everything is solid and all of the parts are tight.The probe on thos thermometer folds into place when not in use and when it is flipped open, it turns on the thermometer. The sharp probe slides into meat easily. The easy to read display immediately reads the accurate temperature. For the price I was shocked at the quality of this thermometer. It replaced one from the same price range and is more visually appealing, functions better and has more features! The magnet is a nice touch and the LED backlit display is large and clear. Would buy again!

Do not recommend this thermometer or this seller! I purchased this in June 2023, after just over one month of very light use the digital screen stopped displaying the temperature properly. Instead of displaying the accurate temperature it would display gibberish. I only used this probably 5 times total! In addition to the fact the item broke after only a few uses, the magnet was very poor and wouldn’t even hold the weight of the thermometer when stuck to the fridge.The seller refused to send a replacement or a refund even though I sent in a request only days after their apparent 30 day “replacement/refund policy “I am happy to be the first and only review of this product so far and hope this review will deter anyone else from purchasing this item!

This is a great product. It’s more expensive than other models, but it’s robust, provides a fast and accurate temp read in Celsius of Fahrenheit, has a very useful backlight and comes with a spare battery. I’m very happy with it.
